We offer support supervision to schools. This is to help teachers to grow in terms content delivery, best teaching practices and approaches. Teachers need this service because it helps them to identify their mistakes, short comings and the possible practical solutions that can be discussed with our team. As Penry Educational Consultancy Uganda, we believe in team teaching and team building. This can be achieved by our staff working hand in hand with your staff as a united force to grow together as a whole. This service also helps the school administration to get accountability for their staff about what they are capable of and where they need improvement.

In this process, we interact with the teachers, pupils and different stake holders and we compile a report on our findings to the management for action.
